In preparation for this year’s festival we are seeking unique/high-quality vendors representing community interests. The vendor selection process will include consideration of these factors and each applicant’s ability to fit within these guidelines. Sunnyside Music Fest has sole discretion to approve or decline participating vendors.

Exhibitor Pricing and Details
Corporate ($500): Real Estate, Mobile Phone Service, Television Service, more than 1 location, etc.
Small Business ($300): Advertising services such as Dentists, Orthodontists, Chiropractors, etc.
Fashion Truck ($250): Fashion truck fee is increased due to additional space needed
Artisan ($175): Local, hand-made or hand-crafted, shopping experiences
Non-Profit ($100): 501(c)3 or 501(c)6 organizations; city or state entities
Food Vendor Pricing
Food Vendor / Food Truck ($500.00): menu items that would be considered as a main course and side dish options
Novelty Food Vendor ($350.00): side dishes, appetizers or desserts – those items that are consumed on-site, but not a main dish or meal

UPDATE 3/27/2023: We have reached our limit of Ice Cream vendors and will no longer be accepting applications for these booths.
Return Vendor and Early-Bird Discounts
Returning Vendors All returning vendors are applicable for a $75 discount code. Returning Non-Profits All returning non-profits are applicable for a $25 discount code. Early-Bird Discount If you are a first time vendor and are signing up early, you may be eligible for a $50 discount code.

Our Day of Management Services Include:

Vendor Management
Vendor Recruitment: Recruit, accept or deny, communication, and collection of fees and documentation.
Coordinate Vendors: Collaborate with clients to develop communication materials (emails, instructions, maps, etc), send out communications, coordinate vendor arrival and departure, and ensure adherence to safety requirements.

Porters – Cleaning of room area, removing trash, clearing of table debris, keep all areas clean and tidy.
Avant-Garde Catering Staff – are a cut above the rest.
Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner service – quality check for plating, delivery of food, one bite check back to correct mistakes, clear plate ware, take beverage orders, refill beverages, clear service areas, and clean up.
Buffet Management – place and maintain food at buffet stations.
Dining area upkeep – Ensure tidy work areas are maintained, including trash receptacles.
Service – Set up tables, linens, chairs, and clean designated event areas. For large events: Setup, break-down, and cleanup will be handled by an additional designated crew.

Avant-Garde Event Services bartenders receive mandatory training geared to provide the highest level of service.
Bartenders Set up bars, chill products, ring up alcohol sales on POS systems, manage cash drawers, break down & clean up bar areas as specified by the client, and organize any leftover products.
