Central Park Beer Festival is not responsible for any state or local sales tax responsibilities for any vendors. As a vendor, you will be required to collect sales tax on all purchases, and remit those taxes to the government.
Central Park Beer Festival requirements for the Certificates of Insurance are listed below. Central Park Beer Festival requires proof of insurance from all vendors, sponsors, exhibitors, or any companies that will in any way be doing business on-site during the Festival. Please request a Certificate of Liability Insurance as specified below from your insurance provider.
• General Liability coverage of a minimum of $1,000,000 per occurrence; $2,000,000 aggregate
• Automobile liability coverage of a minimum of $1,000,000 if any vehicles are used during the event (including set-up and tear-down times)
• Workers Comp coverage at state mandated limits of $100,000/$500,000/$100,000 if company is bringing employees on-site
• List the following as Additional Insured:

And all officers, employees, and agents of each of the above-mentioned affiliates are included as Additional Insureds on the General Liability Policy as required by written contract or agreement and with respect to work performed by the insured. All coverage terms, conditions and exclusions of the policy apply. Waiver of Subrogation is included with respect to General Liability coverage.
Please arrive on site at least two hours before the event begins for set-up.
All vendors will be expected to attend a pre-event gathering to go over expectations and guidelines for the event at 3:30PM.
Please do not arrive any later than 3:00PM for set-up.

Avant-Garde Event Services bartenders receive mandatory training geared to provide the highest level of service.
All Bartenders receive Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) Certified, which means they are trained in the responsible service, sale, and consumption of alcohol.
Bartenders Set up bars, chill products, ring up alcohol sales on POS systems, manage cash drawers, break down & clean up bar areas as specified by the client, and organize any leftover products.
